We had met Derell about 2.5 years ago when we first considered selling our home as we were leaving the area. Derell ran the comps and verified what we had feared that selling at that time would put us 50-60K in debt to sell as the market was bad. He suggested renting for awhile. We rented for 2 years and decided to sell. We tracked Derell down and asked if he could sell the house. We had not been in contact the last two years. He was surprised we tracked him down! Derell got right to work, took care of some issues the renters had caused and listed the house. Derell said I will have it sold in 2 months and it was sold/closed. Why did we seek out Derell after over two years? Honesty, work ethic, sense of humor. Trust me, If you need to rent/sell/buy then you cannot do any better than Derell.
